KV3 Engineers' Quality Management System
KV3 utilises a Quality Management System (QMS) based on the requirements set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO defines QMS as a “management system to direct and control an organisation with regard to quality”.
ISO 9001 specifies a set of criteria or standards that are required to be met in order to hold the status of being an ISO 9001 certified company, KV3 has a SABS ISO 9001:2000 Multi-Site listing under the SABS Certification Scheme.
KV3’s QMS incorporates ISO 9001’s eight Quality Management Principles which are:
