A global environment

Nature recognises no borders – we are all economically and environmentally interdependent through the ties that bind us into one global economy. Our quest for economic growth and development has an immeasurable impact on the environment.

Approaching assessments holistically

The KV3 Environmental and Waste Management Division adopts an holistic approach in assessing the environmental impact of a project, taking account of the economic, social, ecological, sensory, legal and technical aspects involved.

Nothing goes to waste

As a full organisation member of the Institute of Waste Management of South Africa, we plan and design solid waste disposal sites and waste transfer sites, taking into account factors such as their location, environmental impact, the type of waste to be dumped, recycling and composting, the expected life of the site and land utilisation thereafter.
