It is with great pleasure and pride that we announce that KV3 has joined the WorleyParsons organisation.

With 31,900 employees in 41 countries, WorleyParsons is one of
the world’s largest providers of professional services to the
energy, resource and complex process industries.

Following RSA Competition Commission approval, 70% of the shareholding in KV3 was acquired by WorleyParsons through an intermediate holding company, while the other 30% in the holding company is owned by the WorleyParsons Employee Share Trust, a registered Broad Based BEE Employee Trust.
As a result of the acquisition of the share, Kwezi V3 Engineers (Pty) Ltd changed its name to WorleyParsons RSA (Pty) Ltd.
Although we are still a proudly South African company, registered in South Africa, with a 30% BBBEE shareholder (level 3 BBBEE contributor on the Construction Charter), and the same personnel that have always provided excellent service to your organisation, we now have access to the global expertise of WorleyParsons internationally.
Also, as part of the restructuring, the old KV3 acquired the existing, smaller local business of WorleyParsons which has given us access to significant expertise in the Hydrocarbons Power and Minerals and Metals industry sectors. This is additional to our existing capacity and expertise in the field of Infrastructure Engineering on which we have built our name and reputation in South Africa over the last 33 years.
We are committed to continue to provide service excellence in all fields of Consulting Engineering, and are now able to access global best practices in addition to our trusted local offering to our valued customers.
