Structures to improve the quality of life

The KV3 Structural Engineering Division uses appropriate technology, combined with a sound knowledge of building materials, to create economical, innovative designs across the full structural engineering division.

This includes structures for buildings such as commercial centres (offices and shopping), residential apartment blocks, schools, hospitals, prisons, industrial structures, airport buildings and stations (above and underground).

We specialise in detailed structural designs for large civil engineering structures such as purification plants, reservoirs, water towers, bridges, culverts, retaining walls, masts, marine structures, weirs, dam spillways and canals. KV3 is also adept at planning and designing modern sport and recreational facilities, both indoor and outdoor.

Revitalising the built environment

Further services include the investigation and reporting on the structural integrity of damaged buildings – whether damaged by fire, foundation subsidence or other causes. The restoration, re-instatement, or alteration of existing building structures for alternative use, are among other services provided.
