Job Title: Civil Technologist

Location: Durban

Province: Kwa-Zulu Natal

The duties will include roads,water (Bulk water supply), sewer,minor structures and rural housing Projects.

Responsibilities:
Reports for external and internal services for private developments
Preliminary designs and cost estimates
Designs using Civil Designer programme
Tender documentation (CIDB)
Contract administration – from tender stage to final project hand over
Liaison with clients and contractors
Ensuring quality compliance according to the TQM system

Requirements:
B-Tech
5 – 10 years experience in the Consulting Industry
Good communication skills
